We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Agile Coach to lead enterprise-level agile transformation initiatives in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale agile transformations, fostering a culture of agility, and coaching leadership and teams in adopting agile principles and practices. Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent frameworks is essential.

This is an on-site role based in Çerkezköy, Turkey. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about agility but also capable of delivering measurable value through impactful coaching and mentoring at the organizational level.

• Lead and execute enterprise-level agile transformation strategies to achieve business agility goals.
• Provide coaching to executive leadership, portfolio managers, and team leads on agile frameworks and methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and discussions to build organizational agility.
• Act as a change agent to enable organizational alignment to agile principles and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agile practices tailored to the organization’s unique needs.
• Support the development and scaling of agile teams by improving their maturity, delivery practices, and collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs for agile adoption and transformation success.
• Resolve organizational and cultural challenges that may hinder agile adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in enterprise-level agile transformations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices and principles.
• Extensive understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and align diverse teams and leadership groups.
• Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and managing resistance to change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
• Experience coaching in hybrid or multi-framework environments.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management software.
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Advanced understanding of systems thinking and organizational design principles.
