Key Responsibilities:

• Solve core ML/data engineering challenges, including model deployment, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
• Develop methods for semantic interpretation and redundancy removal in proprietary documents.
• Build end-to-end pipelines: data collection, preprocessing, RAG implementation, and LLM evaluation.
• Experiment to define a knowledge base for LLM Agents.
• Benchmark and optimize performance across pipelines.
• Analyze and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• MS/PhD in CS, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 1+ year of ML/AI industry experience (research or production environments).
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset, ready to learn and tackle evolving challenges.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
