Project Management Officer

Job Title : Project Management Officer (PMO)/Project Manager

Location : Utrecht, Amsterdam and Den Haag

Type : Permanent role

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• Making formal meeting notes at Board / Executive level
• Manage up-to-date project planning of all projects
• Issue and Risk management, chase items with project managers
• Acting as central point of overview for project status
• Process improvement and monitoring
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch language (flawless, native speaker)
• Strong knowledge of English
• Requesting and organizing accounts, laptops
• Onboarding/offboarding of staff
• Other Programming / tool skills - Knowledge of PRINCE2
• Knowledge of Agile way of working/methodology such as Scrum,Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

• PRINCE2 certified or similar
• Scrum Master certified or similar

Total experience in required skill (years)

• Minimum 2 years of PMO experience
• Desired level is PMO medior or senior
