As an Product Owner in Compliance Technology unit, you will be responsible for ownership of Compliance related technologies and systems, where we will entrust you with the task of managing, analyzing, improving and advising various stakeholders and parties on at Luminor. What You Will Do

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the customer screening solutions from technology side.
• Independently assess and justify the need for parametrization of customer screening solution, drive respective changes.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product features and requirements, ensuring they align with compliance risk priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical teams, providing guidance on product direction and resolving any technical or strategic blockers
• Analyze data and trends to identify and prioritize key improvements in customer screening solution, balancing false positives and user experience
• Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and industry best practices to refine and optimize customer sanction screening capabilities
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer screening solution performance and report on outcomes.
• In case of change, focus on system performance and optimization after each iteration, ensuring efficient testing and validation before go-live.
• Collaborate with teams from both lines of defense to adjust and calibrate the customer screening solutions’ policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of product management experience in compliance, risk with a strong technical background.
• In-depth knowledge of screening techniques, compliance processes and transaction monitoring.
• Experience with compliance solution tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
