Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Development Engineer located in Singapore at Flashin 星星闪送. The Test Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting software testing, test automation, and collaborating with the software development team to ensure product quality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in using Flutter to develop and optimize mobile applications, ensuring efficient performance and excellent user experience.
• Able to use Objective-C for iOS native development, or Kotlin/Java for Android native development, and integrate them with Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to drive the project to delivery on schedule.
• Responsible for app performance optimization, troubleshooting, and bug fixing, ensuring stability.
• Support front-end and back-end decoupling architecture development; familiarity with Vue.js or React framework is preferred.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and apply suitable solutions to practical projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
• Over 5 years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Flutter project development.
• Proficient in Dart language and familiar with Flutter state management tools (such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Experience in iOS development with Objective-C, knowledge of Swift is a plus. Alternatively, experience in Android development with Kotlin/Java is required.
• Familiar with mobile debugging tools, performance optimization methods, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with the App Store publishing process, including submission, review, and release. Alternatively, familiar with the Android market publishing process, including submission, review, and release.
• Strong teamwork skills, proficient in using Git for version control, and understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Front-end development experience (Vue.js or React) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cross-platform development and native module integration.
• Knowledge of mobile security and integration of commonly used third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to quickly adapt to team dynamics.
