We are looking for a passionate Graduate Back Office Execution Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable numerical analysis skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Your Role

This role is covering overnight Australian hours.

Note this is not a Proprietary Trading role.

The Operations Team at Caleb & Brown are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join the team and assist across the following areas.

• Backend order management - Processing of manual order execution, overseeing of liquidity management to ensure orders can process effectively, ensuring trade requests fulfil risk criteria before execution.
• Backend settlements management - Overseeing of client cryptocurrency deposit, withdrawal and address testing requests and assistance in settlement adjustments.
• Ensure reconciliation alerts from orders and settlements are rectified in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on digital currency networks to ensure they fulfil our compliance policy before listing.
• Maintain oversight of listed digital currency token migrations across networks
• Provide blockchain and internal system technical assistance across Caleb & Brown and our customers
  
  

Requirements

About you:

• You will be a recent graduate in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• A passion for cryptocurrency is highly encouraged.
• Comfortable with remote work.
• Note: A typical shift will conclude around 3 am, with occasional extensions up to 6 am a couple times per week
