UX Designer

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

• Proven experience in user experience (UX) design, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design implementation
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability testing, and user-centered design processes
• Expertise in UX design tool Figma
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to create user-friendly interfaces
• Knowledge about manufacturing and B2B processes
• Knowledge abour ecommerce and B2C processes
• Comfortable working with Agile development processes
• Strong communication skills to present design concepts and articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., Optimizely CMS) and eCommerce platforms

• Experience in creating designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in UX/UI
• Experience in conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
• Knowledge of eCommerce UX best practices, including checkout flows, product search, and user account management
• Experience in collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation
• Background in visual design, including knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory
• Understanding of customer journeys and how to optimize each step of the experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing and how UX impacts online conversion rates
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles
• Familiarity with design handoff processes to developers using tools like Zeplin or Figma
• Knowledge of SEO and how UX affects site visibility and user engagement
• Willingness to stay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field
