The role:
The Head of Retention and Monetization plays a pivotal role in elevating our CRM & lifecycle practice, by leveraging your experience with CRM automation, customer retention and engagement, revenue generating activities and tactical marketing analysis.
The ideal candidate thrives in international, dynamic and a fast-moving environment and is an experienced, bold, multi-faceted and innovative CRM & lifecycle expert with strong communication skills who thinks strategically, analytically, and creatively.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the SST Retention and Monetization team in defining and implementing end-to-end lifecycle strategies and tactics focused on retention and customer growth across email, push notification and in-app messaging.
- Road-mapping & strategising in collaboration with the broader Retention & Engagement team.
- Stakeholder management and communication planning, working closely with other teams for strategic planning and development.
- Developing new use cases and design automated and dynamic programs supported and inspired by data to maximise engagement and customer lifetime value.
- Defining a test-and-learn strategy to optimise communications effectiveness across channels and programs.
- Measuring performance and develop reports for CRM programs; Work closely with Data and Analytics teams to track and optimise customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborating with other Growth Marketing areas to support and develop cross-channel initiatives.
- Collaborating with Product to enhance customer experience and retention throughout their end-to-end journey on the platform.
What you'll bring:
- Experience working with CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and multi-channel programs.
- Excellent understanding of email, push notification and In-app. notifications, preferably from a B2C subscription-oriented business.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, web analytics tools, etc.
- Skilled in digital marketing, including targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results, working both strategically and tactically.
- Success collaborating and excellent teamwork skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, agile, self-starter.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and ability to propose new before asked.
- A passion for delivering and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences and journeys.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures (desired).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to SkyShowtime markets are a plus.
