Job Description

We are looking for a Java developer for our team. The team has been established to work with our new Java platform that will be in production in late 2025. It is our core platform for supporting our B2B business products Leasing and Billing. We are on a transformation journey to migrate our current COBOL based platform to Java, in this work we also need to transform surrounding integrations and file flows so that these can communicate with the new Java based platform. We are now expanding the team in order to be able to take on tasks and develop/re-write integrations, develop functions according to our new design philosophy that will replace functions that are not part of the one-to-one migration of the platform. You will be working with our DevLead for the Java based system and colleagues in our Lifecycle team that have the domain knowledge within our solutions.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

• 5 years' experience of backend development in Java
• Experience in Apigee, PostgreSQL/Oracle RDBMS, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, Typescript, Linux, CSS and Bash
• Experience in GitHub, GitHub Runners, JFrog Artifactory, Maven, Gradle
• Experience with database integration, active directory integration and some frontend knowledge
• Experience of working according to DevOps in an agile development environment
• Hands-on coding and code reviews to maintain the highest code quality standards
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• We see experience of working with test-driven development as a plus

• We also view experience of working with advanced invoicing solutions and/or account receivable solutions or accounting experience in a business system context as a plus
