Fullstack Team Lead (.NET/ Angular) - Remote from Europe

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Full-Stack Team Lead to guide our development team while staying actively engaged in coding and problem-solving. In this role, you’ll balance leadership with hands-on work, driving projects forward by example. As a natural collaborator, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy a top-quality product. This role is ideal for someone who loves to innovate, thrives on responsibility, and inspires excellence.

This is a full time position on a B2B/freelance contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing clear technical direction and encouraging best practices in development and deployment.
• Hands-On Development: Spend a substantial portion of time on active coding, tackling complex front-end and back-end tasks to drive project progress.
• Architecture & Design: Lead design discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Project Management: Coordinate development activities and timelines, setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and handling priorities for the team.
• Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to align on requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless integration of features.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and challenges early, suggesting improvements and implementing effective solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both .NET and Angular
• Proven experience in leading or managing a development team, with a passion for mentorship and hands-on leadership.
• Strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Javascript, Java
• In-depth knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
• Demonstrated proactiveness in identifying and solving complex technical problems.
