Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland and will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Screening and Selection:

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better understand client needs and candidate availability.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist recruitment consultants with administrative tasks such as preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and preparing candidate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the Irish job market and employment regulations is a plus.
