What You Will Do:


  • Effectively manage and take ownership of scope, time, and budget – creating and ensuring the implementation of project definitions, schedules, and objectives for at least one project of moderate-high complexity
  • Following defined project management governance standards, work very closely with development and testing teams within Luminor - driving delivery priorities for them
  • Be proactive in project and resource planning, controlling costs
  • Propose and ensure proper governance, perform an ongoing review of project status, and provide clear, professional, and informative project status updates (report) to relevant stakeholders according to agreed governance
  • Pay special attention to identifying possible project risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions as approved and appropriate
  • Be proactive on RAID management, clearly articulating the impact
  • Be proactive on assigned budget management
  • Structure change delivery and identify priorities to deliver benefits – MVP sooner rather than later
  • Manage vendor delivery and priorities
  • Understanding contract requirements for managing vendor and partner relationships
  • Show strong relationship-building and leadership skills, maintaining excellent communication within the project team and with other project stakeholders


What We Expect:


  • Experience leading IT projects for at least 3 years
  • Ability to facilitate product demos, team retros, and other ceremonies
  • Experience in medium and short-term planning
  • Extended knowledge and expertise in RAID management
  • Working experience in the banking/finance field
  • Knowledge of SDLC/PDLC processes
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
