Role Overview

The business is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Lead with deep expertise in LLMs and RAG systems to spearhead the development of an intelligent finance platform using Databricks. In this role, you will design and implement AI solutions capable of querying and interpreting rich datasets in real-time.

AI Solution Development

• Develop and optimise AI-driven systems.

Key Qualifications

• Established experience in AI/ML, with proven expertise in LLMs, RAG systems, and advanced NLP techniques.
• A track record of developing and deploying production-level AI models.
• Experience in a FinTech, and/or start-up would be great!
• Familiarity in areas such as cash flow management, inventory optimisation, and payments.
• A strong understanding of financial operations and how AI can create value in this domain.

Education (desirable)

• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on advanced AI techniques.
• Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) (Desirable)
