Role Summary

The HR Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. This role will involve creating and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, visualizing data, and building predictive models to enhance HR processes and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Dashboarding: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive HR reports for management, including metrics on recruitment, retention, performance, diversity, survey etc.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Model Building: Develop predictive models to forecast HR trends and outcomes, such as turnover, employee engagement, and performance
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest HR analytics trends and tools, and continuously seek opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing best practices for data governance and management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience into Data Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/ Data Analytics/ Business Analytics/ Data Science
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio
• Good communication & presentation skills
