Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders. This role will support a range of IT applications across departments and oversee key operational initiatives. The individual will manage smaller projects, including software renewals and intake processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop flow diagrams to map processes and test cases to ensure proper functionality and alignment with requirements.

- Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

- Regularly track project progress, address issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

- Oversee software renewals, track deadlines, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely renewals.

- Coordinate between teams, document project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to keep everyone aligned.

- Assist in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

- Create and deliver project reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Expertise in MS Project for planning, Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for reporting.

- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, able to manage tasks independently and work effectively with diverse teams.
