Title: IT project manager

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

Mod RS Project aims at finding state of the art POS, BOS and Payment system for all Client sites. Currently RFP process is ongoing with relevant vendors. A Prof of concept will be built on 1 or more site location to evaluate followed by several pilots in both.


Implementation will be based on template approach. Solution will be deployed in all 12 countries (DE, SE, NO, DK,BE, NL, LX, EE, LV, LT, PL, IE).


Core activities:

  • Creating a comprehensive plan that outlines tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources for NCP Implementation in E4 Countries (BeNeLux, Germany)
  • NCP Is high dependency projects involving multiple interrelated systems,, teams, vendors. Project manager is responsible for coordinating meticulously tasks between Client teams to ensure availability and efficient utilization; and coordinating with all vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration of required systems and components
  • Provide frequent and detailed updates to all stakeholders, highlighting dependency-related progress and issues.
  • Oversee pilot tests with different customer segments to identify and resolve any issues before a full-scale rollout.
  • Oversee the execution of Customer & Card migration, Test and ensuring organization is well-prepared for the transition.
  • Identify and manage key risks and Issues

Skills required

  • More than 8 years’ experience in managing large international IT projects
  • Experience in global distributed, cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
  • Experience in projects using agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Experiences from projects within Fuel & Retail domain (Fuel cards) and IT development projects.
  • Structured, organized and can understand interdependency.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English
  • You have strong interpersonal, communication and planning skills, along with critical thinking and good decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge in using Critical Path Method to identify and manage the critical path in high dependency projects.
  • You have good business understanding and commercial awareness.
