Mid/Senior Front-End Engineer (React)

Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high tier service for our business accounts.

What will you do:

• Lead the design and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications using React;
• Collaborate with product management, data and back-end developers, to deliver a cohesive product;
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards;
• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure product performance reliability;
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives;
• Improve the software development process and practices.

What we expect:

• Around 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer (mid-senior);
• Strong English language skills;
• Permit to work in Lithuania;
• Availability to regularly come to Vilnius' office while working in a hybrid model;
• Solid knowledge of React and web development (Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript);
• Up to date knowledge of current Web UI best practices and usability concepts;
• Experience with front-end architecture, packing, best practices, dev process;
• Front-end routing;
• Understanding REST API concepts;
• An independent and responsible individual, who doesn’t need to be asked twice to speak their mind.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of PHP is not required but will be part of your learning journey;
• Experience in working with designs in Figma;
• Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
