Product Manager Product Owner

Responsibilities

Product management: Define and implement the long-term product strategy based on market needs and company objectives.

• Planning and roadmap: Develop the product roadmap and work with teams to establish development priorities based on user needs, technical feasibility and profitability.

• Interaction with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal (development, design, marketing, sales, etc.) and external teams to ensure product consistency and quality.

• Needs analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from users, customers and internal teams to improve existing features and prioritize new initiatives.

• Agile project management: Ensure project management in an agile framework (SCRUM, Kanban), write User Stories, define acceptance criteria and monitor the progress of tasks.

• Product launch: Plan, coordinate and execute launches of new products or features, in close collaboration with the marketing and communications teams.

• KPI monitoring: Measure product performance using KPIs, propose optimizations and ensure constant monitoring to achieve performance objectives.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile environment.

• Strong product management skills, with an ability to define a clear product vision and translate it into concrete actions.

• Mastery of agile project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).

• Excellent ability to analyze and prioritize tasks.

• Communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in monitoring and analyzing product KPIs.

• Autonomy, proactivity and ability to work in a team.

• Fluency in English is a plus, depending on the needs of the company.

Degree in computer science, product management, marketing or a similar field.
