Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:

As part of the Digital team at IS Flexible Generation Europe, the AI analyst will be responsible for supporting the deployment and maintenance of AI integrations into already existing applications as well as launching new AI initiatives answering demands from the business.

Responsibilities.

As an AI Analyst, you will be an integral part of the emerging sub-branch of the Digital team at IS Flexible Generation Europe, dedicated to artificial intelligence. You will work closely with the AI Product Manager to design and build new applications that leverage AI technology. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into live applications that can quickly and reliably address those needs. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of AI integrations into existing applications. This includes building and maintaining application structures on public cloud platforms, utilizing your expertise to make the best use of available AI resources. You will also establish strong collaboration with our software factory to integrate AI solutions with existing software in our digital portfolio. 

Your role will also involve keeping track of potential improvements proposed by clients and prospects, and scheduling regular upgrades to ensure the continuous enhancement of our AI applications.

Requirements.

• Job will mainly be located in Brussels area 

• Excellent knowledge of EN. Fluent knowledge in one of the following languages would be a major asset: Dutch, German, French, Polish, Italian or Spanish. 

• Master diploma mandatory. 

• Strong verbal & written communication skills; being able to switch between the language of the business as well as that of IT. 

• Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of an evolving environment; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. 

• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer; the ability to identify alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions. 

• Open communication and have a team player spirit; we are a small and fast moving team, it is important to be able to keep the team updated and support each other.

Technical requirements: 

• Proficiency in Azure: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying and managing resources on the platform. Familiarity with Azure AI services and tools is essential. 

• AI Expertise: In-depth understanding of AI technologies and their applications. Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models and solutions. 

• Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud computing, particularly in building and maintaining application structures on public cloud platforms. Ability to leverage cloud resources effectively to meet business needs. 

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries is a plus
