Optimus Search has partnered with a leading firm in the financial sector based in Lugano, specialising in creating cutting-edge software solutions that power financial services and optimise business processes. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of critical software systems within the financial sector. Using your expertise in C# and .NET technologies, you will lead a team of software engineers in building robust, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for the financial services sector using C# and .NET technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in software development and coding standards.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions to meet the needs of the business and its clients.
• Guide the adoption of modern development practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly with C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with relational databases, APIs, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian is a bonus, but not required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development life cycles.
