Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions.
• Follow and enforce design and coding conventions independently.
• Apply software design patterns, best practices, and version control effectively.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure code meets specifications.
• Participate in code reviews with team members, including architects and lead developers.
• Optimize the performance of SQL and PL/SQL code.

Core Competencies and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including:
• Long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Memory management and algorithm optimization.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI) concepts.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies like Rational Unified Process and Scrum.
• Proficiency in software modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Technical Proficiency:

• Oracle Database: SQL and PL/SQL scripting, including performance tuning.
• .NET Framework (4.0+): Experience with Blazer and related technologies.
• Web services: SOAP and JSON.
• Version control systems: Bitbucket.
