Project Challenges: Adapting to a quickly changing market, addressing high expectations for sales results, and operating in a growing segment of the Duty Free market.

YOU WILL

• Lead and manage a variety of projects within the Duty Free sector, including airports, ferries, and other locations.
• Develop and execute project plans for diverse scopes such as market studies, shop renovations, marketing campaigns, and customer experience enhancements.
• Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with goals.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met despite a rapidly changing environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Drive vendor relationship management and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Provide clear and impactful presentations and updates to stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint.
• Proactively address project ambiguities, demonstrating assertiveness and adaptability in evolving contexts.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders across different time zones, including occasional business travel.
  
  

YOU NEED

Experience And Skills

• Project Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex and cross-functional projects, ideally within retail, Duty Free, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Strong track record in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget in dynamic environments.
  
  

Communication Skills

• Exceptional Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and team members.
• Skilled in adapting communication style to suit different audiences and fostering collaboration across cultures and time zones.
• High proficiency in creating clear, concise, and professional presentations and reports.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, both formally and informally.
• Flexibility to manage projects with varying scopes and objectives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in budget and time management.

• Experience in retail management and vendor relationship building (preferred).
• Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
