What You'll Bring

At least 1-2 years of experience
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced level of MS Office programs
Prior experience in software support roles is a plus
You do not like monotony, the shift system should be yours
Equivalent technical training & experience in client relations
Basic working knowledge of business operations
Provide software support to internal and external users regarding the resolution of production issues, processes, and procedures; respond promptly and professionally; analyze impact and scope to determine Level 1 issue resolution
Document and share the results to internal and external users Basic use of Knowledge Management database
Maintains a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action
Perform other related duties as assigned
Act with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
Support engineers monitor every channel and releated systems regularly (i.e. within the 5 minutes they receive a notification) Acts with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters.

Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning
Stay current with emerging technology and trends in order to provide software support for product rollouts and/or existing offerings
Remain proficient on daily operations
Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth
Knowledge about the XML structure
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies,
Time management
