Project Coordinator (AI & Analytics)

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our client projects, working with project teams composing of designers, data scientists, and software engineers. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that our team meets and exceeds client expectations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a commercial role in the data & AI space.

In practice, you will:

• Support delivery management: assist our delivery management in overseeing teams of designers, data scientists, and software engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Coordinate projects: manage project timelines and coordinate tasks to align with agreed product releases, ensuring smooth workflows within the team.
• Track statuses: monitor the status, budgets, and schedules of ongoing development activities to keep everything on track.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare presentations: organize and facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and support our delivery management in client interactions.
• Manage expectations: help us ensure that as a team, we consistently match and exceed our customers’ expectations.

In you, we would like to see:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technology, IT and/or consulting sector.
• Previous experience in a coordination role such as Project Coordinator, Service Manager, Scrum Master.
• Some background in software development context, particularly within Agile/Scrum environments.
• A commercial mindset with excellent organizational skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients in a consulting context.
• Familiarity with agile development management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• An interest in data and tech beyond the hype, with a genuine curiosity about how these tools drive business impact.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a major plus.
