Programming Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python with knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Understanding of Gen AI and visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau) is a plus.

API Development:

  • Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Skilled in integrating APIs with third-party systems for seamless data flow.

Data Handling:

  • Expertise in processing large datasets using Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong skills in data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation.

Automation and Scripting:

  • Ability to automate repetitive tasks using Python scripts.
  • Experience with tools like Selenium or Airflow for workflow automation.

Testing and Debugging:

  • Proficiency in testing frameworks and debugging issues efficiently.

Cloud and Deployment:

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration and Governance:

  • Experience in Agile methodologies, version control, and cross-functional teamwork.

DevOps Integration:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for seamless deployment processes.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Completed Three years of full-time Graduation (B.Com/ BMS / BBI / BAF / BFM, B.E. / B.Tech)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language python, GEN AI, Visualization tools
  • Experience collaborating with non-backend expert counterparts (e.g. ML, data science, FE, product)
  • Experience working on data-intensive projects
  • Experience supporting iterative, experiment-based development efforts
  • Basic AI/ML knowledge and GenAI (prompt engineering) knowledge
  • Not appearing for CRISIL test/interviews in the last six months.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and attention to detail skills
