Senior Software Engineer MicroStrategy

Join our Data Engineering team as a MicroStrategy Developer, where you will leverage your expertise in MicroStrategy and data analysis to deliver impactful BI solutions. Your role will involve building and managing the MicroStrategy semantic layer, performing detailed data analysis, and generating actionable insights for the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical BI solutions. 
• Design, develop, and manage MicroStrategy architecture and related components, including Server, Web, WorkStation, Mobile, and Library. 
• Define and maintain the MicroStrategy semantic layer to ensure high performance and reliability. 
• Analyze and interpret complex data structures to provide meaningful insights. 
• Debug and resolve issues related to data structures and BI processes efficiently. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions and processes. 

Technical/Core Skills Required: 

• Extensive knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture and components. 
• Expertise in semantic layer definition and maintenance. 
• Proficiency in data warehouse concepts, data structures, and debugging skills. 
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development and BI solutions. 
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end BI projects, from requirement gathering to deployment. 
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Location: Client Premises, Dubai, UAE 

Salary: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month
