Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will make sure our client's software runs smoothly for all their customers, both in the cloud and in on-premises environments worldwide. An important part of the job is interacting with customers and being ready to adapt to change, so

being a good communicator and a self-driven person is a must.

What Awaits You

● Be the first line of response when there are issues with the software.

● Investigate and debug problems at different levels of the stack.

● Propose and implement solutions to identified issues.

● Communicate with customers to ensure they have a great experience with the products.

● Design and help improve our internal processes.

● Write documentation and present your work to others.

● Collaborate with other team members to collect customer feedback for future feature development.

Qualifications and Skills

● +4 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer, or Systems Administrator.

● Great communication skills, fluent in English.

● Experience with the Linux Operating System.

● Knowledge of Kubernetes and Ansible.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Able to understand and run bash scripts.

● Exposure to Databases, especially MongoDB, is a plus.
