Group Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic leader to own the roadmap for multiple product lines or key value streams, ensuring the effective allocation of R&D resources towards high-return investments. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the direction of our products and driving innovation that aligns with business objectives, maximizing value and impact.

Your tasks

  • Detailed empathy and understanding for the optimal customer experience
  • Market orientation through a deep understanding of trends, competition, and the broader ecosystem - considered an expert on key topics. Leveraged heavily by Sales and CS on strategic deals
  • Independent operator to set team priorities and focus areas that align with corporate strategy and results that drive ARR, GRR, and Efficiency impact
  • Build and syndicate complete business cases that drive R&D spending and accountability to deliver the results through an unhealthy focus on GTM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS Product Management
  • Experience with core product stacks such as JIRA, Pendo, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or equivalents
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
