Title: Laboratory Systems Analyst (CSV Engineer)

Length of Contract: 12 month fixed term (FTC)

Location: Bern

A unique and impactful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Laboratory Systems Analyst to join a renowned pharmaceutical organisation, playing a vital role in managing and enhancing laboratory automation and compliance systems in a cutting-edge GMP environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting laboratory instrumentation and automation infrastructure in an operational testing environment
• Overseeing equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Computer System Validation (CSV) to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain data integrity in laboratory systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation in English and German for validation and lifecycle management
• Driving the continuous improvement of laboratory processes to meet global regulatory standards

You will bring to the role:

• A degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline
• The ability to work in a GMP testing environment, with expertise in laboratory systems and validation
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, including 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with global teams
