Project Manager – Cybersecurity (NATO) Location: The Hague, NL | Start Date: 17/03/2025 | Contract Length: December 31st 2025 option to extend further year.
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver cybersecurity projects for NATO. You will manage project costs, scope, and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with NATO stakeholders and industry partners. Your role will involve preparing project plans, managing resources, addressing risks, and ensuring the timely completion of NSIP cybersecurity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage major procurement projects and ensure alignment with NATO objectives.
- Develop and present realistic project plans to senior executives.
- Proactively mitigate risks and maintain stakeholder trust.
- Report progress to leadership, addressing project deviations effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or related fields (12+ years experience may substitute).
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, DAWIA).
- Strong experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity or ICT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Security Clearance: NATO SECRET required.
