Business Analyst-12 months FTC in Limerick!

Key Accountabilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ERP system functionality.
• Process Mapping and Improvement:
  • Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
  • Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
• ERP Implementation Support:
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure ERP configurations meet business needs.
  • Assist in system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior management to ensure alignment.
• Project Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project progress and risks.

Core Competencies:

• • Good understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle
  • Experience in end-to-end ERP rollout, from planning to go live.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP implementation projects.
