Human Resources Specialist

HR Advisor - 3 month contract with an immediate start available -

Must have used Workday and be available to start in the next few weeks.

Qualifications & experience

• 3-5 years of HR generalist and advisory experience within a fast-paced corporate business.
• Experience using Workday.
• Previous experience supporting organisation change and redundancies
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle – including employee contracts, termination, organisation management and workforce change (solid understanding of Fair Work)
• Previous experience drafting contracts and working with policies,
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills and problem solving.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Work in a large HR function and support the Senior HR team with administration support.
• Drafting new contracts and actioning termination requests
• Coach leaders on their people matters by providing recommendations and options on how to manage issues.
