We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Supporting the performance management processes of store teams and playing a role in creating development plans,
• Working closely with regional and store managers to identify organizational needs and taking necessary HR actions,
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring training and development programs in the field,
• Organizing surveys, projects, and communication events to enhance employee engagement,
• Supporting workforce and budget planning processes,
• Actively participating in employee motivation, internal communication, and employer branding projects,
• Managing disciplinary and labor law processes in alignment with store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,
• 6-7 years of experience in HR teams,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Enjoys working closely with field operations, proactive, and solution-oriented,
• Strong communication and relationship management skills,
• Well-organized, passionate, and highly self-motivated,
• Analytical mindset with a customer-oriented approach,
• Strong planning and organizational skills, result-driven.
