Position: Agile Coach

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)

What You’ll Do:

• Define product vision and roadmap;
• Develop and manage the product backlog;
• Prioritize features and functionality based on business goals and customer feedback;
• Write and elaborate user stories;
• Conduct functional analysis and testing;
• Plan sprints and retrospectives to align with objectives;
• Suggest alternative solutions based on advanced business knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a relevant business domain;
• Product Owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO);
• Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors;
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Fluent in English.
