Business Analyst – App Migration (Advisory Services)

Join an exciting project to shape the future of advisory operations! We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to lead the ASApp migration for a high-impact IT solution used by 500+ internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope Definition: Analyze the JADE system, identify gaps, and define business requirements for missing features in ASApp.
• Data Migration: Manage field-to-field migration from JADE to ASApp, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Testing: Develop and execute test plans, track bugs, and coordinate test activities with multiple teams.
• Training & Documentation: Prepare clear documentation and deliver engaging training for JASPERS and other teams.

What We Need:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, including agile & waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and enterprise software testing.
• Expertise in Business Objects, data warehouses, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
