You will be joining the Technology team, where your expertise in Agile and hybrid project management, combined with your passion for delivery, will drive meaningful enhancements and growth at BizCover.

Drive Business-Critical Projects in a Fast-Paced, Agile Environment

We’re looking for a Scrum Master / Agile PM who thrives in hands-on delivery roles and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving business. If you love keeping teams focused, solving problems, and delivering meaningful projects—all while growing your skills in a collaborative, ‘mature startup’ environment—this role is for you!

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Keep Delivery on Track – Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring squads stay aligned and productive.
• Own Project Success – Drive the end-to-end delivery of hybrid technology projects, managing timeframes, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Champion Agile Without the Red Tape – Help us apply pragmatic agile practices that fit the business, keeping teams focused on outcomes, not bureaucracy.
• Be a Trusted Partner to Stakeholders – Work closely with business teams and senior leaders (up to ExCo) to ensure visibility, alignment, and smooth collaboration.
• Support Team Growth – Foster an environment of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement while mentoring squad members in Agile thinking.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, ideally in smaller, fast-moving companies or agencies where adaptability is key.
• A ‘get things done’ mindset – You take ownership, remove blockers, and keep momentum going without unnecessary process.
• Strong facilitation skills – You know how to lead productive stand-ups, retros, and planning sessions while keeping things efficient.
• Balance of structure and flexibility – You apply agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) sensibly to fit the team and business needs.
• Great communication and stakeholder management – You can navigate senior stakeholders (including ExCo), manage expectations, and keep projects transparent.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools – Comfortable using these to keep teams aligned and projects visible.
• Bonus points for: Experience in agencies, startups, insurance, or IT teams where adaptability and stakeholder management are key.
