Position Title: Scrum Master (Techno-Functional)

Digital Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise and proven experience in Data, AI, or Cloud projects, making them uniquely equipped to lead Agile teams in fast-paced settings.

Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a dual role: facilitating Agile practices while also contributing to project delivery and team collaboration. Your ability to navigate technical and functional challenges will ensure successful product development and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Act as a servant leader and coach, empowering teams to perform at their best.
• Remove impediments and provide a seamless bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Leverage your techno-functional expertise to assist teams with technical decisions or functional challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Monitor, track, and report project metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Agile best practices.

Primary Skills:

• Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong experience as a Scrum Master with deep knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Techno-Functional Acumen: Prior hands-on experience in technical roles like development, product management, or system integration.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Data, AI, and Cloud technologies, with the ability to align them to business objectives.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability within teams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in Data, AI, or Cloud-related projects is highly desirable.
• Background in startups or fast-paced organizations is a strong plus.
