Overview: Position:

Seeking a seasoned Senior Developer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) to design and implement solutions, manage environments, customize Dynamics 365, and integrate with Azure services. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring within a consulting environment at Brillio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and opportunities; gather requirements and design solutions.
• Architect solutions in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, integrating with other modules.
• Perform environment and code upgrades and refreshes (managed/unmanaged).
• Customize and maintain Dynamics 365, develop custom APIs, and create OData entities.
• Set up and manage code promotions through Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Optimize performance during peak usage; manage Azure VMs, Pipelines, LCS, and Azure portal tasks.
• Create/modify forms, SSRS reports, tables, and Data Management Framework entities for external system integration.
• Develop in-house tools to automate release workflows, unit testing, and builds.
• Provide technical expertise to team members; offer on-the-job training.
• Participate in on-call rotations for off-hour support and document best practices.
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering.
• Over 10 years of industry experience.
• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX (on-premise/cloud).
• 5+ years in Object-Oriented design and development using X++, .NET (C#).
• Strong knowledge of SSRS, Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 MB-300/MB-500 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Development, Extensions, and Deployment for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.
