Requirements

• Experience – at least 3 years in a similar position at a product company (preferably working with product managers, developers, and business analysts)
• Experience in research/discovery processes
• Strong design skills (ideally with experience working on B2B products)
• Ability to create clickable prototypes
• Proficiency in working with design systems
• Experience conducting client interviews
• Ability to analyze quantitative data
• Strong presentation and communication skills to justify design decisions
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
  
  

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients (gathering client needs, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product recommendations)
• Preparing low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, as well as prototypes
• Maintaining product consistency – developing and updating the design system while ensuring that projects align with visual guidelines
• Conducting user research – leading interviews with clients to understand better user needs and expectations, including research/discovery processes
• Optimizing user experiences – analyzing quantitative data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with the team
