Python Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Back-End Developer to collaborate closely with the design, product management, and development teams. Your role will involve building new modules and maintaining the existing Python codebase to meet diverse business requirements. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that align with our architectural and technological standards.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the design and product teams to develop innovative solutions.
Create and test initial prototypes to validate functionality.
Participate in technical discussions and propose optimal solutions.
Engage in pair programming sessions and conduct thorough code reviews.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify high-value implementation strategies.
Contribute to Sprint deliverables by documenting and developing Stories alongside the team.
Implement unit and integration tests as part of a continuous integration workflow.
Ensure the product aligns with established architecture and technology guidelines.
Uphold the quality of the product across all stages of development.
Support all phases of the development lifecycle with active participation.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Python Back-End Developer.
Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of Python and its core features.
Strong coding ability, including expertise in data structures, algorithms, error handling, and design patterns.
Proficient in SQL and database management.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.

Frameworks & Libraries:

Experience with Django and Flask is essential.
Knowledge of NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is highly advantageous.

Additional Competencies:

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
