Job Description
Leads projects by applying Design Mastery to programs, projects and initiatives. Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the project(s) to life and execute the strategy.
Job Qualifications
- 2-10 years of full-time graphic design work experience.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design, package design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography and technical mastery.
- Design thinking understanding and ability to ideate solutions with the user in mind.
- Strong team collaboration and communication with ability to explain your design choices.
- Flexible in an environment of frequent change.
- High level of capacity. Disciplined with the ability to set priorities, manage time and be accountable.
- Basic print feasibility understanding.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other Design software, such as InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma and PowerPoint.
