As a Dynamics Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the energy transition. In a rapidly evolving sector, you’ll help develop cutting-edge online services and channels to create an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate in a young, dynamic, and inspiring environment, where your contributions will play a crucial role in developing critical business functionalities.

You’ll work within the KBF team, dedicated to continuously enhancing the experience of commercial clients of network operators. This includes fostering collaboration between network operators in communication, branding, and customer process implementation, and creating a unified digital entry point for all network operators.

Working alongside enthusiastic colleagues from various disciplines, you’ll contribute to developing and managing Partnersinenergie.nl and its associated applications and services. The team consists of representatives from network operators and members of the DevOps team. The work environment is informal and non-hierarchical, offering an excellent space to innovate and excel.

Your key focus will be on building and managing Dynamics 365 and its related third-party applications, such as Power Automate, Customer Voice, and Power BI.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop new functionalities.
  • Maintain and improve existing functionalities.
  • Contribute ideas for new features.
  • Collaborate with business representatives to gather functional requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into designs.


What You Bring

  • Proven Agile mindset and experience.
  • A good experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, preferably with a focus on creating, developing, and maintaining functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, supported by relevant certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into designs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Automate, Customer Service, and Omnichannel.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the energy or utilities sector.
  • Experience with SAFe methodology.
