Job Summary:

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. You will work closely with managers and team leaders to identify training needs, develop training materials, and coordinate delivery of training sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating marketing content to promote our training programs to internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop training plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Create and facilitate the delivery of engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create marketing content such as brochures, emails, and social media posts to promote training programs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that training content is accurate, up to-date, and relevant to learners.
  • Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participants.
  • Manage the organisation’s learning management system (LMS) by creating course content and analysing learner progress.
  • Analyse training data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training metrics and reports to track the impact of training on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in learning and development to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong time management skills, organisational skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and both verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Knowledge about learning management systems, instructional design tools, and e-learning platforms an advantage
