We are looking for a Analyst I, Security Operations to join the team at Moneris to help us execute specialist cybersecurity capabilities including data protection and cryptography solutions.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Vice President, Information Security.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Support data loss prevention program development
• Aid the data platform technology partners including senior leadership and external partners on data security items
• Provide support to data security audits and escalate high risk business and technology processes to Analyst III
• Help manage the day-to-day operations of data loss protection systems
• Support the provision of data protection subject matter advice related to Moneris' data classification requirements
• Identify gaps in existing processes and procedures for improvement
• Support data gathering activities for different controls managed within team for the purposes of reporting metrics and statistics to upper management
  
  

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
• Experience as a data protection advisor
• Knowledge of data treatment methods including encryption and obfuscation
• Knowledge of data classification and data loss prevention principles
