Agile Coach

The client wishes to strengthen its technical organization by recruiting a Technical Coach. You will work directly with the project teams to support the implementation of good technical practices, improve the quality of deliverables, and ensure the adoption of solutions aligned with architectural and strategic needs.

This role combines a software architect's vision with an ability to intervene directly on projects to resolve concrete technical problems.

Expectations as a Technical Coach

Technical Supervision of the Teams

• Support project teams (Java, Spring Boot, Angular) in their technical choices and resolve complex challenges.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of development standards and quality practices.
• Ensure the application of architectural principles while remaining pragmatic in the face of operational needs.

Promotion of Good Practices

• Establish a DevSecOps culture by integrating security and quality into all phases of development.
• Apply and promote the principles of DDD (Domain Driven Design), TDD (Test-Driven Development), and CI/CD.

Architectural Alignment

• Contribute to the development and evolution of software architecture.
• Harmonize approaches between teams while respecting their specificities.
• Ensure the consistency of projects with ONE’s strategic priorities.

Mentoring and Skills Transfer

• Train and coach developers and technical leads on complex topics (performance optimization, design patterns, security, etc.).
• Provide constructive feedback through peer programming, code reviews, or technical workshops.
