As a Graduate Analyst at BGIS, you will be an integral part of our Commercial and reporting team, working across the business to provide high-value insights and outcomes. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual looking to kickstart their career in data analytics.

The role is based in Pitt St, Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to support analytics and data initiatives, providing critical business insights.
• Contribute to projects involving data analysis and business improvement, enhancing decision-making processes.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure reliability and usability.
• Fulfill ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior stakeholders and various business units.
• Proactively participate in elevating reporting standards, data governance, architecture, and team processes.
• Ensure compliance with OHS & E policies and procedures by all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business or Engineering, Data Science, Analytics or a related field.
• Australian Citizen (for security reasons).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
