Tom Wood is a Norwegian jewellery house founded in 2013 by Mona Jensen, and our Company consists of approximately 55 employees across Oslo, Tokyo, and Barcelona.

Rooted in Scandinavian aesthetic principles of innovation and functionality, our jewellery house is known for its contemporary and distinctive design. As we continue on our growth journey, we are now going to strengthen our team with a new Product Manager. 

About the job

As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our products and collections, ensuring they align with Tom Wood’s commitment to quality, innovation, and responsibility. You will work closely with the rest of the Product Development Team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to assist in managing projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines are withheld and new developments are delivered according to set standards. The right candidate has exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for design and sustainability.

The role reports directly to our Head of Product Development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project management for new development, making sure that all details and deadlines are withheld
• Oversee and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring project files are organized and up-to-date
• Collaborate closely with Head of PD to ensure an optimal timeline and development plan, keeping all details updated consistently
• Provide proactive support in daily operational tasks
• Ensure strong and efficient supplier communication and collaboration
• Coordinate and manage product assets
• Assist in responsible sourcing of gemstones, chains, and components
• Actively contribute to achieving responsibility goals, and supporting key responsibility efforts
• Coordinate product updates and ensure clear communication across departments
• Manage master data and product-level operations within our ERP system

Whom we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Highly organized, with a structured approach to tasks and deadlines
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Background in product or project management within the retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage
