We are seeking a Contract Administrator to be employed in the Contracts Department at our Head Office.
General Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts and relevant positions.
- Able to work on construction sites in Turkey and Romania.
- Experienced in contract management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experienced in domestic and international superstructure, infrastructure, road, and industrial facility projects.
- Knowledgeable about public and private tender legislation, with experience in Turnkey, Unit Price, Design & Build, EPC, PPP, and similar domestic and international construction projects.
- Skilled in preparing and implementing contracts for Subcontractors, Designers, Service Providers, and Suppliers involved in the construction projects undertaken by the company.
- Preferably experienced in site or head office roles related to Contractor and Subcontractor interim payments, Supplier/Subcontractor Management, Variation and Claims management.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong negotiation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Able to travel and adaptable to a dynamic and intensive work environment.

Job Description:
- Prepare standard contract formats (Subcontractor/Supplier Contracts) and their annexes for domestic and international projects in line with company procedures.
- Review Construction Contracts to be signed with Clients for projects on which the company will bid or undertake and prepare reports on potential risks, presenting them to the Contracts Manager.
- Prepare contract drafts, in line with approved offer conditions, for Subcontractors and Suppliers to be engaged in domestic and international projects, and ensure their communication and negotiation. Examine incoming requests, report on risks to the Contracts Manager, and ensure contract finalization.
- Implement signed Subcontractor and Procurement Contracts, prepare amendments and protocols, and provide necessary documentation to the sites, ensuring the use of standard formats for project stages such as provisional and final acceptance.
- Manage the processes of creating, reviewing, and approving contracts, and track contract applications and conditions.
- Follow and prepare correspondence with Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and third parties regarding contract implementation.
- Stay updated on publications from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Presidential decrees, and current practices related to Public Authorities and international contracts, reporting changes to the Contracts Manager.
- Support business development and bidding stages by assisting in necessary contract work (partnership, consortium, design, consultancy, etc.) for projects of interest to the company. Conduct site visits and report as required by the program approved by the Contracts Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly contract tracking tables.
- Facilitate the preparation of the Contracts Department’s Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
