Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team!

What will be your typical to-do list?

• Taking care of digital health products, so that medical staff can take care of their patients.
• Gaining a detailed understanding of the current product suite.
• Thorough content research: leading on user interviews, user stories writing, research summaries.
• Understanding user needs and jobs to be done.
• Presenting key recommendations and results across the organisation.
• Creating specifications for new functionalities and modules.
• Working with the sales and marketing teams to create product go-to-market strategies.
• Project management of the delivery and implementation of functionalities you are responsible for, managing your assigned development and design resources, and tracking the effectiveness and success of the final deliverables.

What skills and expertise do we expect from you?

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills: you are able to interpret user needs, diagnose problems, and formulate action plans to resolve issues.
• Good business judgment when making decisions: you are always considering the relevance and impact of each decision on our business.
• Being able to say “no,” but explain why in terms that stakeholders understand.
• Knowledge of tools like ClickUp, OKRs,…
• Teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
• Active knowledge of English language, both written and verbal.

Good to have:

• Passion for IT and healthcare.
• Previous working experience as a product manager or similar relevant experience in an agile environment.
• Drive to get things done.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Comfortable with and adaptable to change.
