Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams such as IT, Technical Support, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively address customers' evolving needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
  • Project manager skills is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Background in customer service; Fintech or banking industry knowledge is a plus.
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
